Detection and documentation only. Intervention is for law enforcement. The evidence meets the standards for legal proceedings. Unauthorised drone recording of persons in private settings is a criminal offence (art. 139f Dutch Criminal Code).

FAQ
Is drone detection legal?
Yes. All detection is passive -- signals are received, never transmitted. Comparable to listening to a radio broadcast. Fully legal under Dutch and European law. Reading EU Remote ID is explicitly permitted.
Can you take down a drone?
No, and deliberately so. Downing or jamming drones is reserved for government authorities. The approach is detect, identify and document, then involve law enforcement when necessary. That is the legally correct course of action.
Which drones are detected?
All major consumer drones (DJI, Autel, Parrot, Skydio and others) plus most commercial drones operating in the 200 MHz to 6 GHz spectrum. That covers virtually the entire current drone landscape. Custom-built drones are detected via their RF signature.
How quickly can an installation be completed?
After intake and site survey, a standard installation is operational within two weeks. For complex estates or international locations, the timeline is coordinated individually.
What happens when a drone is detected?
The security team is immediately informed with drone type, position, heading and estimated pilot location. Recommended response measures accompany every alert. All data is logged for the forensic report.
Do you operate outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Deployable across Europe. Equipment is portable and operators are experienced in international assignments. Local regulations at the deployment location are also covered.
